To gain access to Enlighten you will first need to register using this Registration Page.
The process is fully automated and only requires you to enter some basic details so that we can validate that you are the account holder in question.
Note that once your account has been registered for the first time it will prevent anybody else from registering in this way. If you receive an on screen message that the account has already been registered please contact your company and ask the person who registered to grant you access by setting you up as a new user from withinside Enlighten.
Registration Process
- You will need to locate any invoice sent to you from us and then locate your account number and your postal address postcode.
- Enter the account number and postcode details into the boxes provided.

Enter a username:

Your username can be any alphanumeric string, but most people tend to use their email address as it is something that you will not forget

Enter a display name:

The display name is how you want Enlighten to welcome you and how it will appear to others.

Most people user their full name (John Smith for example) but you could just enter John or John S.

Next enter your email address and then enter it again into the re-enter email address box.

Press the Register button.

Assuming the details entered are validated by Enlighten you will be sent an email that contains a create a new password link.

The link will open a new page that allows you to enter a unique password that must match the password validation rules as detailed on the page.

Once you have created your password and it has been validated Enlighten will confirm that you can now login using the login page.

At the login page enter your Username (from step 3 above) and the password just created.
